• No refunds are issued for delivered digital products.
• If a product is encrypted/locked and you cannot access it at all despite following instructions, contact us — this is the main case considered for a refund review.
• If something doesn’t work, we will troubleshoot first (installation, configuration, and dependencies). Refunds are considered only if the product remains unusable after support.
• Any approved refund may be partial due to non-refundable payment processing fees.

🟥 Chargebacks / Disputes

• Filing a chargeback/dispute may result in license revocation, permanent blacklisting, and removal of support access.
• Please contact us first — we’re happy to help resolve issues properly.

• Used solely to verify purchases, provide support, and prevent fraud.
